Robert Murphy is a nuclear industry professional with a background in submarine operations and advanced reactor development. A former U.S. Navy submarine officer aboard USS California (SSN 781), he applies operational expertise to his role at Radiant Industries, where he leads regulatory approval efforts for the Kaleidos microreactor’s DOME testing. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company, advising on energy and infrastructure. Robert holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth and specializes in regulatory strategy and risk management. Dedicated to nuclear innovation, he works to address challenges in reactor deployment, reliability, and policy.
