Biography

Joanna Hardin is a Federal Project Director for the Department of Energy (DOE) Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management and oversees planning and execution of CERCLA cleanup at East Tennessee Technology Park and Y-12. In this role, Ms. Hardin partners with federal and state regulatory agencies to protect human health and the environment while aiming to return federal property for ongoing mission needs or transfer to local communities and private entities for beneficial reuse and redevelopment. Ms. Hardin has over 15 years of combined environmental cleanup and management experience, operating primarily across the DOE complex as a federal employee and contractor for Environmental Management and Legacy Management.
