Biography

Len Morgan is UCOR Labor Relations & Management Director, responsible for all labor and employee relations matters. He is lead negotiator for UCOR’s contracts with its bargaining units with responsibility for contract interpretation; management training and guidance on labor issues; grievance resolutions; labor management relationship development; and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Len has over 30 years of experience working in the Labor Relations field.
