Biography

As Director for Technology, Innovation and Commercialization at Atomic Energy Canada Ltd, Rob is responsible for ensuring AECL and Canadian Nuclear Laboratories are at the cutting edge of technology and innovation by providing strategic leadership and oversight of innovation, technology stewardship, and commercial programmes, with a focus on enabling Government priorities and driving nuclear opportunity for Canada. Prior to joining AECL, Rob has held several other senior leadership positions and appointments including at the UK’s National Laboratory, in addition to a variety of internationally facing roles spanning the nuclear fuel cycle.
