Biography

Janet Tosh serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL), a growing organization with over 4,000 employees. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the HR function, including HR Operations, Talent Management, HR Governance and Compliance, Labour Relations, and Total Rewards. Prior to this, Janet was the Director of HR and Labour Relations for Capital Project and Nuclear Decommissioning business entities. With over 25 years of experience, she began her career in the Total Rewards space, leading teams focused on Pension and Benefits, Compensation Strategies, and Global Employee Health and Wellbeing programs.
