Biography

Jennifer Perry is the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Global Security Group of Mission Technologies, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), located in Newport News, Virginia. Jennifer is responsible for the Group’s human resources function spanning 3,000 employees across the United States and internationally, and since 2022 has supported the deployment of HII personnel to Department of Energy (DOE) sites and has designed employee compensation and benefit plans in support of the company’s activities with DOE and commercial nuclear customers. Prior to joining Mission Technologies, Jennifer's career spanned over 20 years at HII's Newport News Shipbuilding sector.
