Biography

Andrii is the Deputy Head of the Operational Safety Division and State Inspector of State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine. He is a Nuclear Power Plants Electrical Engineer, graduating from Sevastopol National University of Nuclear Energy and Industry. With over 20 years in the sector, Andrii been responsible for all opearting nuclear power plants, including most recently Zaporizhzhia. Since 2014 responsible on national after-Fukushima activities and European Stress Tests for neighboring countries as EC Expert and the Topic Lead. Following 2022 russian invasion, Andrii been working on Chornobyl, and occupied ZNPP safety issues. As well as the main contact person on nuclear safety with the EC, IAEA, CNS National Officer.
