Biography

Project Manager for the High-Level Waste Facility, a direct-hire, EPC project for U.S. DOE (Washington, USA). 30+ years of EPC and commissioning experience. Project experience spans across major complex infrastructure projects (road, rail, metro, airports, nuclear and space). Focused on safe, successful on-time delivery, developing high-performing teams, with clear focus on innovation, performance and building strong partnerships, with the goal of delivering our customers' ambitions. In recognition of quality leadership, received the DOE Secretary's Achievement Award in 2021. Felice holds a doctorate in fluid dynamics and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with management from the University of Liverpool, UK.
