Biography

Shelbe is a Senior Manager of State and Local Public Policy for Amazon Web Services (AWS) where she oversees legislative and regulatory strategy for the Southwest. She engages with policymakers and stakeholders across state and local governments to advocate for policies that support the deployment and operation of data center infrastructure, enabling private and public sector organizations to effectively leverage cloud computing technologies. Shelbe has nearly a decade of experience working at the intersection of technology, public policy, and government. She has been recognized by the Arizona Capitol Times as one of the 40 under 40 best political minds in 2019 and nominated for best lobbyist under 40 in 2020.
