Biography

Evangelina Galvan Shreeve is the Chief Inclusion Officer and STEM Workforce & Education Director. She has over 25 years of experience in policy and public administration. Evangelina has a track-record of effectively guiding strategic innovation and cultivating highly-engaged teams that consistently deliver results. She is known for her expertise in building dynamic workforce and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives for organizations. As a first-generation, bilingual college student, Evangelina earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Washington and her master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy at the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Policy and Governance.
