Biography

Adam DeMella founded AMM Strategies in 2022—a boutique firm specializing in nuclear energy and national security—after over 30 years in government and industry. Recently, he held executive positions at both General Electric and the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Before that, he served as a Professional Staff Member for the Senate Committee on Appropriations, overseeing the nuclear and national security portfolio. Earlier, he spent 20 years at Naval Reactors in several roles in engineering, project management, budgeting, acquisition, and federal affairs. He lives near Annapolis, Maryland with his wife and children.
