Biography

Amy brings 20 years of broad, corporate-level human capital experience with CPCCo parent companies to the CPCCo team. Prior to joining CPCCo, she served as the Workforce Resources Manager for Washington River Protection Solutions, the Hanford Tank Operations Contractor. In her role as HC officer, Amy has responsibility for both Human Capital and Labor Relations, reporting directly to the Office of the President. The Human Capital organization covers all aspects of employment related to CPCCo, including talent acquisition and development, compensation programs, field operations and labor relations. Her team also oversees the annual internship and cooperative employment programs.
