Biography

Mr. Clark serves as a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Liquid Waste Program at the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC and is responsible for programmatic oversight in the areas of budget formulation, budget execution, project controls, risk management, and contract management. He is also the Liquid Waste liaison to the SRS Citizens' Advisory Board. Mr. Clark earned an MBA from Champlain College and a Bachelors of Ceramic Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has over 35 years of progressively advancing engineering experience in both private industry and government.
