Kim Southwick is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience dedicated to DOE nuclear cleanup projects and is currently working with Idaho Environmental Coalition. Kim employs wholistic approaches to business services grounded in project management and support of mission objectives. Kim has significant personnel and managerial experience in all aspects of business operations including Contracts, Document and Records, Finance, Information Technology, Performance Indicators and Reporting, Project Controls, and Supply Chain. Kim fosters a strong business foundation through collaboration and partnering, ensuring mitigation of risk, and applying analytical skills including dashboard reporting to benefit projects, stakeholders and customers.
