Dr. Rafael Torres dos Santos is a medical doctor graduated from the State University of Londrina, specializing in healthcare management by the Albert Einstein Israeli Hospital. He is an ophthalmologist and a member of the Brazilian Council of Ophthalmology. Currently, Dr. Rafael Torres dos Santos is a resident in ocular oncology and ocular ultrasonography at the Paulista School of Medicine, Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP).
