Jessica M. Johnson, Ph.D. is a Research Assistant Professor and Director of the Cognitive Engineering and Simulation Lab at Old Dominion University's Office of Enterprise Research and Innovation.Her research focuses on the intersection of learning engineering, joint cognitive systems, and advanced learning technologies, with an emphasis on designing adaptive training systems that support human-AI teaming, expertise development, and knowledge elicitation in complex environments.
