Biography

Jai Kyoung Jung, Ph.D., P.E., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI). He earned his Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. His diverse research interests encompass computational and experimental approaches to various aspects of infrastructure, focusing on underground energy and water transportation systems, earthquake engineering, sustainable construction, and trenchless construction methods.
