Biography

Independent Mining consultant with +35 years in the sector. Graduate of Queen's University (B.Sc. Applied Science - Mining) 1985. Started his career in northern Ontario and Quebec. Operations and geo-mechanics experience for 5 years in deep level gold mining in South Africa. 20 years with INCO/Vale North America in mine engineering and project development. 2 years in Timmins with Lakeshore Gold (now Pan American Silver) as VP Project Development. Most recent 10 years as an independent mining consultant specializing in project evaluation, due diligence, and operations improvement. Family man with a passion for fishing, golf, and giving back to the industry.
