Biography

Blair Lehman, PhD, is a Senior Scientist at Brighter Research, co-leads the learner modeling research strand of the INVITE NSF AI Institute, and has 10 years of experience conducting adaptive learning and assessment research. Her research focuses on designing tasks to elicit evidence of skill mastery and leveraging process data to gather insights into learners’ experience to iteratively refine task design. Dr. Lehman received her PhD in Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Science Certificate from the University of Memphis (2014).
