Biography

Marcela Rodriguez is a coach and an Instructional Specialist focusing on dual-language, bilingual education and language learners’ achievement. Marcela is a language learner herself. A sequential bilingual, she grew up in Colombia and has worked for over 17 years serving a wide range of language learners. She is a former teacher in both elementary and middle school levels at very diverse school settings. This range of experiences has equipped her with a unique understanding of language acquisition, evidence-based practices, and an ability to tailor supports to the distinct contexts and needs of different school settings.
