Biography

Dr. Oswalt has extensive Department of Navy (DON) and Department of Defense (DoD) modeling and simulation (M&S) expertise, experience, and applicable education. He has defined M&S requirements; developed metrics; conducted assessments; and authored standards, plans, and policies. Dr. Oswalt has several M&S focused publications and he contributes to the development of the Certified M&S Professional (CMSP) Program. He is an MS&A Team Lead at the MIL Corporation where he supports Naval M&S initiatives and also contributes to VV&A projects.
