Biography

Dustin S. Ford is a Training Manager at the Center for Information Warfare Training with over 20 years of experience as a retired Navy Chief Air Traffic Controller. Mr. Ford earned his MBA from the University of West Florida and is pursuing an Ed.D. in Instructional Performance & Technology. He has managed multi-million-dollar simulators and led diverse teams of instructional developers, technical writers, and staff at the Center in Pensacola, Florida. Mr. Ford develops advanced information warfare training programs by combining his expertise in instructional technology and project management, effectively linking strategic vision with practical implementation in defense training systems.
