Biography
Jackie Otting is the Senior Coordinator for ELL Programs for the Iowa City Community School District in Iowa City, Iowa. As a former ELL/MLL teacher in Iowa, Washington state, and Taipei, Taiwan, she has vast experience working with bi/multilingual students. Her research has investigated how prepared educators feel to meet the needs of multilingual learners with disabilities.
