Biography

Mi nombre es Robyn! I am an Assistant Professor of TESOL at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. I am originally from Wales, the UK but moved to Malaga, Spain when I was 4, and lived there for 23 years. I lived and worked in Puebla, Mexico as a high school teacher for five years before finishing my PhD in Education at Oklahoma State University. My research interests include ELL writing, social-emotional learning for ELLs, and digital language learning.
