Biography

Rebecca Desrosiers is a Principal Engineer and currently serves as the Director of Practice Areas at Anchor QEA. She has over 25 years of experience in the investigation, planning, design, and construction of various waterfront development and remediation projects. She has contributed to several guidance documents regarding dredging and currently serves on the editorial board for the WEDA Journal of Dredging and is the Chair of PIANC's Workgroup 227 focused on Managing Environmental Windows.
