Biography

Jennifer Duckworth has over 30 years of experience as an Environmental Engineer and specializes in stormwater permits, pollution prevention, and green infrastructure. At Tetra Tech, she manages stormwater compliance for municipal and industrial facilities, writes and edits technical documents, manages contracts, and supports trainings and meetings. Jen serves on the Essex County Environmental Commission, on the Jersey Water Works Green Infrastructure Subcommittee, and as trustee of the Rahway River Watershed Association. In addition to consulting employment and volunteering, she was an adjunct professor, teaching environmental science, earth science, and sustainability science, and is currently a certified floodplain manager and national green infrastructure certified professional.
