Biography

Tim Wagner is a Senior Coastal Engineer with SmithGroup. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Ocean Engineering, he has more than 18 years of experience in design and implementation of remedial and restoration activities at contaminated sediment sites across the United States. He has acted several times as an Expert in Sediment Transport with respect to litigation activities related to Contaminated Sediments. Currently he leads interdisciplinary project teams helping to restore public access to historically degraded waterfronts through resilient design.
