Biography

Mr. Kennedy is an ecologist and project manager with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District delivering projects pertaining to aquatic ecosystem restoration, flood risk management, navigation, and other water resource related missions. He has a B.S. and M.S. in biological sciences and is passionate about water resource management, sustainability, restoration ecology, conservation, community resilience, and environmental justice.
