Biography

1) Partner at Windward Environmental LLC Ms. Parker is a project manager and environmental scientist, specializing in remedial investigations/feasibility studies, site assessments, risk assessments, and natural resource damage assessments for contaminated sediment sites. She has been involved in a variety of projects ranging in scope from small-scale to large, complex Superfund sites governed by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
