Biography

Senior analyst with extensive experience in strategic assessments, operations research analyses, and modeling & simulation technology. Prior to joining IDA in 2015, served over 27 years in the United States Army retiring at the rank of Colonel. In Army leadership positions, responsible for planning, performing and supervising analyses, more recently supporting Department of the Army and Joint Staff decisions on strategic logistics and force structure.
