Biography

Mr. Quinn graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Biology and M.S. in Environmental Engineering. He has more than a decade of experience at Langan, designing, implementing, and operating, environmental remediation and industrial water treatment systems. His focus is on groundwater remediation, environmental mitigation, and industrial water treatment. His hands-on field experience provides crucial insights in design when it comes to constructability and troubleshooting existing systems. He has extensive pilot testing and modeling experience which in combination with his operation and optimization experience translates to efficiently run full-scale remedial designs. He has personally commissioned dozens of new and retrofit remediation, mitigation, and treatment systems nationwide meeting treatment objectives and bringing sites into compliance.
