Multilingual Services
Talle Gomez is a seasoned bilingual educator with over 20 years of experience serving diverse student populations. Her career spans a wide range of educational roles, including bilingual and ESL teacher, district specialist, campus administrator, and currently, Executive Director of Multilingual Services in a large suburban school district. In her current leadership role, she oversees dual language, Pre-K, ESL, and Languages Other Than English (LOTE) programs, supporting students and families representing more than 100 countries.
Driven by a deep commitment to educational equity and language access, Talle has led system-wide initiatives to strengthen biliteracy pathways, increase culturally responsive instruction, and build capacity among educators serving multilingual learners. Her work is grounded in a belief that every student, regardless of language background, deserves high-quality instruction and the opportunity to thrive academically and socially.
With a strong foundation in instructional leadership and a passion for multilingualism, Talle continues to champion inclusive practices that honor students’ linguistic and cultural identities while preparing them for college, career, and life.
