Biography

Jeff Schwarz, PE is the Minneapolis Area Program Manager for Metropolitan Council Environmental Services. He has a chemical engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and over thirty years experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of wastewater conveyance and treatment systems. Jeff's deep foundation projects have included direct jacking, EPB TBM tunneling, micro-tunneling, grouting, settlement monitoring, and cleaning and inspecting large diameter sandstone tunnels over 100 feet below downtown Minneapolis. Jeff enjoys all things outdoors, boating with his family on the St. Croix River, and playing guitar in his band The Froggy Martian Boys.
