Dr. Purna Nangia is a vitreo-retina fellowship trained ophthalmologist from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai India and is currently working as a clinical research fellow and research coordinator for Ocular Oncology at the Byers Eye Institute at Stanford University, under the mentorship of Dr. Prithvi Mruthyunjaya. Her role includes screening and recruiting patients for oncology trials, such as AURA, DRCR-AL and CAMBRIA. She is also involved with Dr. Vinits Mahajan's omics lab and biorepository for liquid biopsies ,and collaborates with the reading center for projects on oncology imaging
