Biography

Tami Griffith, PhD., is a Deputy Director at the Department of Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI). She completed her PhD in Engineering Modeling & Simulation from University of Central Florida (UCF) with a focus on virtual character interactions. She has spent much of her career on both the technical and programmatic side of training system acquisition and development at both the U.S Army Soldier Center Simulation and Training Technology Center (STTC) the U.S. Army Program Executive Office, Simulation Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). Her passion is immersing learners in simulated training environments.
