Biography

Jennifer Pagan is an accomplished Senior Research Psychologist at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division. She has an integrated research program devoted to transitioning state-of-the-art products to enhance the training and operational capabilities of the nation's war fighters. Her research portfolio addresses large Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training to include instructional strategies focused on scenario execution and debrief. She has a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
