Biography

Principle Engineer, Waste Disposal Authority, Savannah River Remediation Graduated from the University of Florida in 1990 with a BS in nuclear engineering. Mr. Smith has spent the last 26 years at the Savannah River Site. His career spans Liquid Waste Projects, Decontamination and Decommissioning, and Liquid Waste Waste Determinations. His last 10 years have been spent supporting Performance Assessment implementation in SRS Liquid Waste facility construction and operations including construction of Saltstone Disposal Units, development and implementation of the Unreviewed Waste Management Question process.
