Biography
Richard has degrees in Chemical and Environmental Engineering and studied geochemistry and hydrology. He worked at the U.S. Bureau of Mines in Reno and Pittsburgh performing hydrometallurgy research. He then transferred to the U.S. Department of Energy and helped stand up the Office of Legacy Management. He has worked on uranium mill tailings sites since 2003 in Grand Junction, CO.
