Biography

Mr. Hopper started his career in the nuclear industry in 1971 with increasing professional/leadership experience, including 33 years managing large design, construction, and operations projects at DOE/commercial sites including 14 years in uranium enrichment operations. He has managed projects in all phases including design, construction, commissioning, and operations, and has held executive positions in several large corporations and LLCs. He has managed more than 600 personnel and annual budgets up to $160M. He currently manages one of ARUSN’s 3 Business Units providing field and technical services to government and commercial clients. Mr. Hopper recently served as a Senior Project Director for the design of the DOE NNSA Lithium Processing Facility.
