Biography

William (Bill) G. McMillan is a Portfolio Federal Project Director for the Department of Energy Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management, with the responsibility for overseeing all Environmental Management cleanup, decontamination, decommissioning, waste storage and disposal operations at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Bill has been with DOE for 30 years, and joined the Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management in 1995. Bill has a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Systems Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
