Biography

John Raymont founded Kurion, Inc., in 2008. The company is based in Irvine, CA and now has more than 800 employees worldwide and focuses on accessing, separating and stabilizing the most challenging nuclear and hazardous wastes. John has more than 40-years of experience in the domestic and international nuclear industry ranging from plant design, safety related equipment and waste management. In March 2016 Kurion was acquired by Veolia and is now the group leader within the newly branded Veolia Nuclear Services. Holds BS, MA and MBA and several patents.
