One System - Waste Treatment Project
Rod Gimpel was born in Idaho. He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho in 1975 and a M.S. from Findlay University, Ohio in 1998. He worked at: Hanford 1975 and 76. INEL in Idaho from 1976 to 1986. Raised his family in Cincinnati, Ohio while working at Fernald, Ohio 1986 to 2001 when he returned back to Hanford. He presently works for AECOM with the Process Modeling and Simulation group at WTP. He also does hydrogen energy research separately when he has the time.
