Biography

I am a PhD candidate in nuclear engineering at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Since the spring of 2015, when an INMM student chapter was established at KAIST, I have held the position of chapter president. My PhD dissertation focuses on the detection and prevention of insider threats at nuclear facilities and on human errors related to nuclear security and safety. Also, I participated in a project on nuclear decommissioning policy with Leeds University in the UK. In 2013 I received received a master's degree in nuclear engineering at Seoul National University.
