Biography

Ms. Weaver has two bachelors degrees: one in Art Conservation from the University of Delaware, and one in Chemistry from Washington State University. She is a PhD student in the Department of Chemistry at Washington State University and PhD Intern at PNNL where she focus on the investigation of the effect of near-field materials on the corrosion of nuclear waste glass, the development of novel radioactive compounds to be used as standards for the analysis of nuclear waste glass, and the durability and chemistry of ancient and medieval
