Biography

Ms. Morgan is the Radiological Control Director for Idaho National Laboratory. She oversees the Radiological Control program and associated staff. Ms. Morgan has spent her career at INL and has held various positions, of increasing responsibility. She has over 30 years of experience in a variety of fields including: radiological controls, industrial safety, industrial hygiene, environmental programs, emergency management and fire protection. Ms. Morgan is directly responsible for providing effective technical assistance/guidance to ensure effective program execution. She establishes laboratory level policies, plans and procedures; develops Radiological Control key performance indicators and monitors associated trends. She ensures INL Radiological Control
