Biography

Rob is the owner and principal at DLE Technical Services, LLC (DLE). Rob has over 35 years of experience spanning several industries. He was an officer on Navy nuclear submarines, a Resident Inspector at the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, a senior manager in the nuclear industry, and a Senior Policy Advisor and mentor at DOE facilities. Rob developed the BlueDragon Problem Solving Method(TM) for conducting root causes and event investigations, which is a Lean and cost-effective approach that saves many man-weeks over traditional approaches. DLE's clients include EPCs and Federal Government agencies.
