Biography

Bill Lowry has been managing R&D and technical services in energy, environmental, defense, and security programs for 35 years. His technical specialties include environmental science and engineering, sensors and measurement systems, large and small scale test design and management, and engineering analysis of energy and mass transport processes. He graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BS in Engineering in 1978, and has been employed at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (Livermore CA), MSE Inc. (Butte MT), and QinetiQ North America. He is currently the President of Olympic Research, Inc. (Port Townsend WA).
