Biography

Mr. Gelinas is a professional geologist and program/project/line manager with over 30 years of experience in CERCLA and RCRA Waste management including environmental assessments and modeling, research programs, geological and geotechnical studies related to foundation and engineering projects, geologic field studies, and technical proposals. He has worked in the environmental consulting field from the early 1990’s to the present on a variety of projects/project teams associated with DOE complexes (Oak Ridge Reservation, Savannah River Site, Pantex) and other Federal customers (USACE, DoD, EPA, NRC).
