Biography

Ms. Joy Morris is the Health Physicist for the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC), Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Ms. Morris has over 25 years of experience as a health physicist and has performed extensive research on the uptake of radionuclides in fish within the Savannah River, providing residential subsistence guidance. Since 2002 she has managed AFTAC's worldwide radioactive material licenses for regulatory compliance. Additionally, she manages the environment and occupational health programs for the organization ensuring better care is provided to the airmen and our environment while meeting mission requirements.
