Callum Thomas is the founder and CEO of Thomas Thor Associates, a global executive search and recruitment business dedicated solely to the nuclear industry. His background is in recruitment and executive search in high safety culture industries over the last 17 years. He has supported organisations including the IAEA and WNA in providing papers and presentations related to human resources and recruiting, including the IAEA Human Resources conference and the WNA Annual Symposium. His practical experience includes leading the team of 40 consultants within Thomas Thor that support organisations in the nuclear industry across more than 30 countries
